Google email integration terms

Scope
These terms describe use of CleanBuddy’s Google email integration. They supplement, and do not replace, the service agreement applicable to your company workspace. Pricing, subscriptions and commercial commitments are governed by that agreement.
Authorized accounts
Only connect a mailbox that you are authorized to use for the company workspace. The Google account owner chooses whether to grant the requested permissions. The administrator must review the displayed sender and explicitly test the connection before activation.
Sending and responsibilities
The company using CleanBuddy is responsible for its recipients, message content, attachments and lawful use of the mailbox. The integration must not be used for spam, impersonation or unlawful communications. Google account policies and sending limits continue to apply. A provider’s acceptance of a message is not proof that a recipient received or read it.
Control and support
An administrator may disconnect the account in Integrations, and the account owner may revoke Google access in their Google Account. Existing customer records and legally relevant invoices or receipts are not deleted by disconnecting. Contact hello@cleanbuddy.ai for support or questions about these terms.
