A shared venture
CleanBuddy is operated as a product within Gappi AB. Gustav Hemmingsson, Pontus Videcél and Peter Azad contribute perspectives from product, cleaning operations and the public sector.
NordSym builds and operates the technical product. Product decisions are grounded in the day-to-day workflows that need to function inside a cleaning company.
Platform and access
The web platform and its production environment are live. Functions for administration, staff, customer portals, subcontractors and AI assistance have been built.
New organizations are introduced in stages through a demo, operational mapping and guided onboarding. Each implementation is adapted to the organization's workflows, roles and data boundaries.
