A job starts with the customer, location and scope of work. CleanBuddy keeps quotes, recurring work, planning, staffing and execution connected instead of rebuilding the same information in several tools.
During a job, Buddy becomes the cleaner's mobile workspace. Rooms, checklists, questions, supplies, issues and quality checks stay in the context of the assignment.

AI with a defined mandate

The AI does not publish a schedule by itself. An administrator reviews the proposal, can replace a person or adjust a row, and approves it when the plan is correct.
