Subcontractors

Collaborate without opening the entire customer register

CleanBuddy supports subcontractor relationships in both directions. A subcontractor company receives access to assigned jobs and relevant work information, not the main company's other customers or history.

01

Separate access with clear boundaries

The subcontractor operates as a separate company in CleanBuddy. Its administrator manages its own staff while the contracting company decides which assignments to share.

The view is limited to the job address, time, work description and compensation agreed between the companies. The end customer's wider profile, contact paths, total price and other history should not be exposed.

02

The work remains traceable after handoff

An assigned job can still carry a checklist, time, deviations and quality evidence. The contracting company receives a documented result instead of a verbal status.

Access is tied to the relationship and assignment. It does not become general access to the main company's workspace.

03

When this model is useful

The model fits cleaning companies that need to balance capacity, deliver across locations or receive assignments from larger operators without mixing company customer data.

  • Assignment of specific jobs
  • Separate companies and staff groups
  • Limited commercial information
  • Documented delivery back to the contracting company
